What does Auricap offer that makes it better than Hovland Musicap? More specifically, would a Musicap 4.0uF 100V be unacceptable?

Hi Tim, 4.0uF/100V is fine. I'm just worried with the price of Hovland over Auricap! ;D What does Auricap offer that makes it better than Hovland Musicap? More specifically, would a Musicap 4.0uF 100V be unacceptable?

Try sonicaps over auricaps. Cheaper over auricaps especially for larger values and subjectively I like it more than auricaps.

Yeah, I know what you mean however I don't have a supplier for AuriCap. I might have to charge almost as much as MusiCaps if I bring in small amounts. Doesn't Mickey want to carry those values? I might be able to get SoniCap though.
