Galing Sir. Are all those components in good running condition, or you have to have them fixed a bit? Kung good condition eh panalong-panalo yan. Baka puwedeng mag-bakasyon sa Davao at makapag-hunting ng mga good buys. ;D
Buhay pa po ba yung Apo View Hotel diyan?

the Luxman L-530 needed two power transistor replacements (cost: P290 plus service fee of P600). the Technics SLM1 needed only the normal TT adjustments, but with scratches on piano-finish side of the chassis. the Sony CDP and the Technics SB-5300 were mint/perfect condition. i'm just lucky with these, but i got luckier a few days ago when i bought a Pioneer linear tracking TT, perfect working condition - with hardly any scratch, and still new stylus - for P200 from JLLP Bavco warehouse. if i have the time, i could make bargains here available to collectors there in Manila at half your regular price for surplus at the pier. at the rate Superman is currently going around our sources here, he could be planning something like that in the near future .

i remember my promises to you: a pair of CDP X333ES and a Technics SL-D3. yung isang X333 nagluluko na, pero perfect yung isa. no time to make adjustments dahil palaging may naririnig na bagong bili (yun na lang ina-adjust ko). the SL-D3 is just lying here somewhere. dami ko nang TTs, 10 na yata, na nakatambak dito! tinago ko na yung mga orig ko: two Duals and a Thorens. the SLM1 and three linear trackers are active, led by a perfectly working Technics SL7, walang hassle, very convenient parang CDP ang gamit - automatic repeat, tonearm mechanism moves left and right thru buttons, etc.
